How we treat and interact with others is an important part of our company culture and represents the foundation for successful cooperation. With this in mind we strive to produce all of our
products under humane conditions, even when our products are manufactured by our production partners. Our goal is to do whatever we can to establish the same, excellent working conditions for the
employees who work on and with our products at our production partners’ sites:

Equal rights for all employees
Equal treatment regardless of race, gender, origin, etc.

Working hours
Adherence to all legal working hour regulations, in particular breaks and overtime.

Adequate facilities
Existence of recreation rooms, toilets, etc.

No child labour
No underage workers.

Willing workers
No prisoners or forced labour.

Fair compensation
Adherence to the compensation structure as proposed by the ILO.

Cleanliness
Adequate hygiene at the workplace incl. lighting conditions.

Health protection
Adherence to all health precautions.
Our goal is to always work together with our production partners on these issues. Every partner must undergo a special certification process. This includes regular plant inspections conducted
by our staff (unlike many companies, which only use external agencies, we visit the site ourselves) and continuously adhering to the SIGISAFE checklist in our supplier agreements.
