Production
It
is very important to us that all production processes meet our procedural requirements. To ensure this, we regularly support our production partners’ staff in improving workflows and work
organization. With our technicians we analyze the processes at the individual workstations and offer suggestions for improving the situation for each employee. In addition to our safety-related
inspections of the sewing process (using metal detectors, a needle breakage list, toolboxes, etc…), we also put a special focus on making sure our health requirements are met in the
cutting process (e.g. by wearing cutting gloves at the band knife) and in the final stages of processing (such as stuffing only when face protection is used).
