I decide!

Studies have shown that children have a great influence on what their parents buy. And this is not limited to purchases made for children. Whether it's choosing a new washing machine, booking a holiday or even deciding which car to buy – kids have a lot to say when it comes to choices like these. In short: Get kids on your side and you'll often have the parents on board right away, too.

Success with emotion

Who you reach and what you achieve with cuddly advertising

Neurophysiological studies show that emotions have a big impact on our decisions – especially on what we buy. Emotions always override rational thinking for the simple fact that even though we think we are making a conscious decision, we never really are.

“70 – 80 % of all decisions are made unknowingly, and even the remaining 20 – 30 % are not made as freely as we think they are. [...] All important decisions that a customer makes are emotional. Decisions without an emotional component are meaningless to the customer's brain.”

Emotions guide our buying behaviour. That's why brand communication needs to be emotional.
