Today, we offer more than quality; we offer
"congeniality" (= congenial quality).
We set the
highest standards for the "congeniality" of our products. This already starts with the creation of our designs, includes their technical realization, up to their
presentation in stores.
All our co-workers are committed to our "congeniality" principle.
We test our products and production plants in cooperation with independent institutions and organizations. Since we are only humans, there are bound to be complaints about our products. Each
complaint is examined following a precise, comprehensive analysis.
Our products are tested in various sigikid mum-clubs and kindergartens until we are certain of their readiness for marketing. However, one question related to quality is always in the foreground,
namely: can we satisfy not only our own standards with this quality but also succeed in conjuring a smile in the eyes of our clients and children? Certainly! The very idea is congeniality.
